Communications

By creating an Account on our service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

Rewards Card:

Be sure to get a punch card when you cash out at the front desk. One punch every visit, 10 punches = $10 off your 11th visit. Please understand that cards not presented at time of purchase will not be honored.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give 24 hours advance notice, to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment.  If less than 24 hours notice is given and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be expected to pay for your missed appointment.  

 

Appointment Deposit:

When making a 3 hour or longer appointment, we require a 50% deposit for the service at the time of booking.   

 

Gratuities:

Gratuities may be made by cash, check or credit card using our Tippy app.

 

Late Policy:

If more than 10 minutes late, please be advised that some of your scheduled services may not be able to be completed by your scheduled staff member. We will do our best to accommodate you with another team member if possible or you may have to go without some parts of your service.

 

Service Refunds:

We have a zero refund policy on services provided at Sheena’s Salon & Spa. However, if you are having challenges with a service you received we ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your service.

 

Product Refunds:

We offer salon credit on any product purchased at Sheena’s Salon & Spa within 2 weeks of purchase.

 

Children:

Our liability insurance requires us to have a Child Safety Policy. Due to the use of sharp/hot tools and hazardous products we politely ask that young children do not wander about the salon unsupervised. For the relaxation of our spa guests receiving treatments, children are prohibited from our spa area. Thank you for understanding.

 

Clothing Damage:

Protective smocks are available at your request.  We cannot be held liable for damage to your personal clothing while visiting the salon.  

 

Returned Checks:

There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.
