If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give 24 hours advance notice, to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be expected to pay for your missed appointment.
Service Refunds: We have a zero refund policy on services provided at Sheena’s Salon & Spa. However, if you are having challenges with a service you received we ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your service.
Product Refunds: We offer salon credit on any product purchased at Sheena’s Salon & Spa within 2 weeks of purchase.
Rewards Card: Be sure to get a punch card when you cash out at the front desk. One punch every visit, 10 punches = $10 off your 11th visit. Please understand that cards not presented at time of purchase will not be honored.
Appointment Deposit: When making a 3 hour or longer appointment, we require a 50% deposit for the service at the time of booking.
Gratuities: Gratuities may be made by cash, check or credit card using our Tippy app.
Late Policy: If more than 10 minutes late, please be advised that some of your scheduled services may not be able to be completed by your scheduled staff member. We will do our best to accommodate you with another team member if possible or you may have to go without some parts of your service.
Clothing Damage: Protective smocks are available at your request. We cannot be held liable for damage to your personal clothing while visiting the salon.
Returned Checks: There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.
